Lake Country Orthodox Softball is a 16+ recreational softball league in Lake Country BC.

We play a modified softball style called "orthodox" where pitching is underhand in a straight or flat line using a 'figure-eight' or bowling motion. With other modified rules, Orthodox softball manages to strike a balance between Fast Pitch and Slo-Pitch softball and is the best of both worlds!

Our league is a 2 division (Mixed/Co-Ed & Ladies) fun league. We play most nights of the week from Spring to Fall on the most beautiful fields in the area! You can find us out at Jack Seaton Park, the Rec Centre fields (located behind Winfield Arena), or at Swalwell Park field.
